Coriander’s cooking Masterclasses are back for a limited time by popular demand. We’ll be running classes at Coriander’s St Asaph Street and Coriander’s Rolleston over the next few months and our chefs are very excited to be spreading the Indian cuisine love once again.

Price: $50 for adults and $25 for children.

Sunday June 13 – Chicken Jalfrezee: Our super popular dish is back on the masterclass menu. Diced chicken cooked with capsicum, herbs and spices, coconut milk and tomatoes.

Sunday June 27 – Onion Bhaji: Want to learn an Indian dish that isn’t curry? Learn the art of crispy and tasty onion bhaji, the perfect Indian entrée or canapé.

Tuesday 20th July – Lamb Saag: A special weekday class! Tender pieces of lamb cooked in a spinach gravy with fresh tomatoes, herbs and spices, finished with cream.

Sunday July 31 – Meat Bhuna Masala: Lamb chunks stir fried dry with onion, ginger, garlic, herbs and spices, crushed tomatoes, fresh coriander and curry masala.

Sunday August 15 – Murg Akbari: Chunks of chicken cooked in a mild creamy sauce, then finished with vegetable gravy and egg.
