Master the art of Indian cuisine – then eat your delicious creations. Coriander’s Masterclasses give you the opportunity to learn from our skilled chefs. Learn to use spices and sauces expertly make an Indian curry and tandoor cooked chicken. Each week we will teach a different curry. Join in a class or book for a group of 12 to 20. Classes at St Asaph Street are taught by our Head Chef Pankaj Kumar. Pankaj gained his knowledge of Indian food from the ground up, working in hotels in India. He started over a decade ago as a commis chef and worked his way up through line cook then a sous chef to become a chef de cuisine. He brings creativity to every dish he prepares, going above and beyond to give his guests delicious curries. At Rolleston head chef Direndra Bhandari will share the expertise he gained from working at 5-star Royal Orchid in Pune, India.
